Situated in a small village in the region of the popular tourist resort of Paphos in Cyprus, the villa has a private gas heated (on request) swimming pool and a deluxe spa hot tub, both with superb sea views. Our detached holiday villa named villa Hieros Kepos (HK villa Paphos) has full air-conditioning and heating units to all the villas rooms, free WiFi, satellite UK TV channels, all included in the holiday villas rental. The villas holiday accommodation is in 3 large double bedrooms on the first floor, all having queen sized double beds. All the villas bedrooms have full en-suite facilities and are tastefully furnished, sleeping up to 6 persons. On the ground floor is the fully equipped villas kitchen and utility room having the villa safe. The kitchen has all modern home from home appliances, including a dish washer, so husbands, you can relax.. Off the kitchen is the open plan lounge and dining areas that have two large patio doors leading onto the shaded patio with swing hammock, The villa faces South so gets all day sunshine with the bonus of those superb sea views and sunsets.

Our villas location is in the Paphos village of Koloni, Geroskipou, Paphos, away from the bustling tourist seafront zones of hotels, restaurants and bars, but just a short 4k drive away. HK villa Paphos location makes for the ideal accommodation to enjoy a relaxing villa holiday

A deluxe mobile gas six burner with oven hood BBQ, plus the traditional Cypriot charcoal burner BBQ, called a souvla, are provided, along with a dining table, six chairs with parasol, a patio dining table and chairs for those pleasant sunny evenings when only eating outside the villa in fresco style will complete that perfect day.
HK villa Paphos Location:  Our holiday villas is detached, 3 bedroom property accommodation is located at the sea view end of a cul de sac of 12 private villas in the small village of Koloni, Yeroskipou, Paphos. 4 to 5km East of the popular holiday resort seafront of Paphos, 10km from Paphos International Airport. Only a 5 minute walk from the villa is the local supermarket where you can buy your daily news paper, milk, bread and general foods. You can catch the local bus service that runs into Paphos seafront and the Castle harbour from here. A further 10 minutes walk takes you into the main and larger village square of Yeroskipou where the famous Turkish Delight is made and tours are available around the small factory. In the village square you will also find ATM`s, banks, post office, taverns, cafe and the historic ancient 5 domed church.
