If you have booked via one of our booking agents, please be advised that as property owners we do not get paid your deposits or your balance payments made until at least 24 hours after your arrival date at the villa.

We are informed by the agents, they will honour any COVID19 cancellations made and offer a full refund. Should any guest have problems with obtaining these refunds, please get in touch with us and we will take up the issue with the agent concerned.
