3 Bedrooms	Three doubles on the first floor are all furnished to a high standard with two bedrooms leading directly onto the upper sun-balcony terrace providing superb sea, coastal and sunset views. One double can become a twin bedroom.
3 En-suites	The three bedrooms have their own full en-suite shower facilities, with the master bedroom including a bath. There is a downstairs visitors toilet with hand wash basin facilities.
Reception	A welcoming entrance hall leads to the large living room and dining area, catering for up to 6 people with stunning views over the patio and pergola to the gas heated swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ and onward views to the coastline and sea.
Kitchen	A fully equipped kitchen with all the required modern cooking appliances including a dish washer (so the husbands can relax as well), cooker /oven / hob, microwave and a fridge freezer for those chilled drinks by the pool.
Outdoors	Set in landscaped gardens is a 8 x 4m heated private swimming pool with patio terrace surround. The terrace is partly shaded by a pergola and enjoys comfortable sun-beds, tables with chairs and pool parasol. A Gas BBQ, terrace furniture and stunning sea views are ideal for al-fresco dining. A Hot Tub to relax those weary bones.
Leisure	Within the villa lounge area, there is a DVD Player, Satellite TV with fully paid subscriptions, a CD / Radio player, miscellaneous board games, DVD`s, Films and books should you require a relaxing night in.
Laundry Room	In addition to all the standard kitchen appliances, a Laundry room provides you with a washing machine should you require to wash those smalls. A digital safe is provided for your passports and those precious items you wish to keep safe.
Local Activities	Paphos is only 5km away, providing excellent recreational activities including superb walks, hiking, cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and windsurfing. Additionally, there is a vast array of restaurants, local taverna`s and bars to cater for any taste or cuisine.
General	The villa has a digitally controlled alarm system, a digital safe for your personal items, full air conditioning in all rooms for hot summer days and heating to all rooms for those slightly milder winter nights.
Sea Views	Set in landscaped gardens, the villa faces South having panoramic sea views over the coastal countryside to the sea.and is ideally located, only a short walk to the local bus service. For the more energetic, why not walk down the fruit filled fields and lanes to the sea and beaches, some 30- 40 minutes walk away.

This Cyprus holiday villa has full air-conditioning and heating units to all rooms. The three bedrooms are all tastefully furnished and have full en-suite facilities, sleeping up to 6 persons. From the spacious villa lounge and dining areas that lead onto the shaded patio terrace, you continue onto the sun terrace of the large private 8m x 4m swimming pool having comfortable sun-loungers and parasols. On the Sun Terrace is the deluxe Spa Hot Tub that awaits those aching bones and all surrounded by landscaped gardens which have uninterrupted panoramic sea views over the coastal countryside. There is a deluxe gas BBQ with patio tables and chairs for those evenings when only eating outside will complete that perfect day.

The holiday villa Hieros Kepos is located in the village of Koloni, some 5km East of Paphos town seafront, 9km from Paphos International Airport and only 2km from the main village of Geriskipou (where the famous Turkish Delight is made). This is where you can get your daily papers, milk and general foods from. The villa Hieros Kepos built in 2004 in this beautiful part of Paphos, Cyprus, offers the tourist quiet and relaxed tranquillity but having all the local atmosphere and culture thrown in. The villa is ideally located being only a short walk to the local bus service or shops and taverns. For the more energetic, why not walk down through the fruit filled fields and lanes to the sea and beaches, some 30- 40 minutes walk away. We do though recommend car hire rental for all those tourist trips out, enjoying the sites of Cyprus and its history. It is well worth exploring this wonderful island of Cyprus, which some still call "The Playground to the Gods".
